Refunds & Returns

To request a refund or return, please contact me at brendan@gamestamps.com.

If you received the wrong item or one that is damaged, please contact us within 30 days of purchase, so we can replace it or issue a refund.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete the return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase. If an item is damaged, it may be exchanged for the same item if it is in stock.

Game Stamps is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit, but if you do encounter shipping issues, we’ll do what we can to resolve them.
