Our stamps are handmade and any refunds or returns are evaluated on an individual basis.
If you receive the wrong stamp or one that is defective or damaged, please contact me within 30 days of purchase, so I can replace the item or issue a refund.
If you would like to return an undamaged item or one that was ordered by mistake, it must be unused and returned within 30 days or purchase.

Game Stamps is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit, but if you do encounter shipping issues, we’ll do what we can to resolve them.
